Shipping Policy
Game Day Endzone ships endzone camera systems and accessories to customers within the United States. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Most in‑stock orders ship within 2–3 business days. During peak season (July–October),processing may take up to 4 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time offered by the carrier.
Shipping methods and rates
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
Standard Ground (estimated 2–7 business days in transit). Prices shown at checkout or on quotes.
Expedited (estimated 2–3 business days in transit). Prices to be determined during the ordering process.
Shipping costs are flat rate fee in the lower 48 states. $299 for the 25' Endzone Camera and 25' Endzone Camera Pro. $99 for the Press Box Tripod, Dual Press Box Tripod, and 10' Practice Poles. $499 for Sideline Replay TV Boxes. Packages that included endzone cameras are also $299.
At this time, we ship to the 50 United States. International shipping, APO/FPO, and PO Box delivery may not be available for all products ormay require a manual quote. Certain items may be restricted from international shipping due to carrier or regulatory limitations.
Order tracking and delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control are not the responsibility of Game Day Endzone.
All orders ship FOB our warehouse. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the shipment. Please ensure your shipping addressis accurate; additional fees may apply for address corrections or re‑delivery.
Damaged or missing shipments
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If your box arrives visibly damaged, note the damage with the driver before signing, take photos, and contact us within 3 business days so we can start a claim.
If items are missing or incorrect, contact us within 7 business days of delivery with your order number, photos of the packaging, anda description of the issue. We will work with you to replace missing components or send the correct product.
Game Day Endzone is not responsible for shipments reported as delivered by the carrier but lost or stolen after delivery. In those situations, we will make a good‑faith effort to assist but cannot guarantee replacement.
Returns Policy
We want your program to be confident in your Game Day Endzone purchase. If your system or accessory is not performing as expected, our team will work with you on troubleshooting, repair, or replacement as needed.
Return window
For purchases made on gamedayendzone.com, you may request a return within 15 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 15 days are generally not eligible for refund but may qualify for repair or warranty support, if applicable.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the product must:
1. Be in “like‑new” condition, free of excessive wear or abuse
2. Include all original components, hardware, cables, manuals, and packaging
3. Be securely packed to prevent damage in transit
Products that show signs of heavy use, impact, water damage, unauthorized modification, or missing parts may be refused or subject to are stocking fee of 20% of the sales price.
The following items are not returnable except in cases ofdefect or our shipping error:
1. Custom‑configured or special‑order systems
2. Clearance or final‑sale items marked “all sales final”
How to start a return
To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return before shipping anything back.
Once your return is authorized, we will provide instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without prior authorization or to the wrong address may be refused.
All returned products must be shipped within 5 days of receiving return authorization. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method and keeping your proof of shipment.
Return shipping costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, confirmed defect on arrival, or damage in transit), Game Day Endzone will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label.
For all other returns, including change‑of‑mind or compatibility issues, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges from the original order are non‑refundable.
Refunds and restocking fees
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Game Day Endzone reserves the right to charge a restockingfee (for example, up to 20%) for items that require reconditioning, re‑packaging, or show signs of use beyond basic inspection. Any missing components or damagemay be deducted from the refund amount.
We do not offer refunds on services already performed, such as expedited handling fees.
Exchanges and defective products
If your product arrives defective or fails within theinitial 15‑day window, contact us and we will troubleshoot with you. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we may arrange repair, exchange, or replacement at our discretion.
In some cases, we may ship a replacement unit once the defective item has been received and inspected. In others, we may ship an advance replacement with a valid payment method on file, and credit you once the defective unit is returned.
Warranty support
Many Game Day Endzone systems include a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for a defined period. Warranty coverage is separate from the 15‑day return policy and may include repair or replacement, but not refunds.
Warranty claims may require proof of purchase, serial numbers, diagnostic photos or video, and other reasonable information to validate the claim. Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature is typically excluded.
Policy changes
Game Day Endzone may update this Shipping & Returns Policy from time to time. Any changes will apply to orders placed after the effective date of the updated policy.
