Methodology

All information above was found on each company's website. If we could not find the information we put NA (Not Available).

Base Price includes any discounts found online and is the advertised price by each company. Each company may have offline deals we are not aware of.

‍Camera Quality is based on the camera included in the Base Price. Low is usually the Sony CX405 and often refurbished. High means the camera is over $800, with a better lens, and higher specs overall and includes the Panasonic HC-V900, Canon HF G70, Sony AX53, and others. No Camera means the Base Price on the company's website does not include a camera, but they allow for adding a better camera for an extra cost.

Height is the tower's extended height.

Tower Weight is the tower/tripod total weight by itself.

Tripod Leg Span is the circumference of the tripod legs when extended.

Sand Bags is YES if the company provides them, usually indicating a smaller tripod leg span or NO if the company does not provide them, usually indicating a heavier and larger tripod.

USA Tripod is YES if the company builds the tripod in the USA or NO if the tripod is manufactured in a foreign country.

Extra Cables is YES if the company explicitly advertises extra HDMI and/or zoom cables as part of the Base Price or NO if the company does not supply extra cables as part of the Base Price.

Add Better Camera refers to the company providing an add-on to upgrade to a high-quality camera. Included means the high-quality camera is included in the Base Price. No Option means the company only supplies a low-quality camera (Sony CX405). A price shown ($900 or $1,400) is the added cost to the Base Price to purchase a high-quality camera.

Shipping is the shipping cost advertised on each company's website or at checkout.

Total Cost = the Base Price + Add Better Camera + Shipping. This cost shows the best apples to apples comparison with our 25' Endzone Camera specs.
